Garden – Catches the Evening Sunshine
There are two individual garden areas. The patio accessible form the lounge is ideal for relaxing with a coffee in the daytime and in the evening using the charcoal BBQ.
Patio Area
Facing south west, the patio is a real sun trap from mid day. Perfect for relaxing or socialising especially if you choose to use the BBQ (consumables provided). The large stone table was relocated from the farm building and is lovely to sit around with friends and family.
Enclosed Play Lawn
The fully enclosed lawn is visible from the kitchen and utility room and bathroom and is a very well maintained. This multi-use area is ideal for children’s play and games – so you may like to bring a football or cricket equipment for outdoor fun. On the west side is a kennel block used by guests who prefer to house their dog(s) outside and it can accommodate up to 8 dogs. We request the area is kept pristine.
The garden is very popular space in the evening for guests to relax with a glass of wine. The AGA’s gentle slow cooking (4 different temperature ovens) frees the cook who can then join in the fun.
